Last week was a nerve-wrecking day. I gave a 30 minutes talk regarding major pests and diseases on Kedah FM. Beside me is Kak CheDah the DJ for that segment (Khidmat Bakti). Hilarious when you listened to your own voice. Skema kot! Haha!

Thanks to my bosses Pn. Nana and Tn. Hj. Kamarudin for giving me this opportunity although I'm kinda hesitate at first. Somehow it shows that you guys does believe in me. Mana taknya, dari pagi tu Ernnie macam taknak cakap sangat dengan colleague lain and tangan sejuk sebab gemetar.  

Lepas dari airing tu baru lah boleh tersenyum semua. Tapi nak masuk pejabat pulak segan. Tapi Alhamdulillah the responds were quite good. Semua cakap okay. Bila beritahu kawan-kawan dekat Whatapps, ada yang macam

"woi, Kay-Ell gila ko. acane petani kat sana nak paham??"

" Skema kot. Ko bace script eh Ernnie?"

yang paling best, "Alaaahai, cutenye suara. Tipu tu bukan Ernnie yang sebenar tu" Bahaha.

I love all my friend honesty-and-too-straightforward-comments. InsyaAllah nanti improve lagi eh. HAHAHA.  

Majlis Perdana Perkhidmatan Awam Keempat Belas (MAPPA XIV)

On the 17th of June, I went to Putrajaya to attend the MAPPA yang ke-14. First time for me as an Agriculture Officer (AO) under Ministry of Agriculture (MOA).  Ernnie pergi dengan Aini yang jugak AO dekat MADA diberi peluang untuk pergi ke Majlis pada waktu pagi. Basically it was a whole day event. Ada lagi pegawai MADA yang datang tapi kebanyakkan untuk sesi petang. 

This annual event lebih kepada menghargai jasa penjawat awam dalam pelbagai bidang. Ernnie dengan Aini were a having a good time together dekat MAPPA sebab pendedahan terhadap semua Kementerian sangat meluas time tu. Rasanya semua booth kementerian ada dipamerkan. Ada yang pertama kali Ernnie tahu Kementerian tu wujud. Kementerian yang popular on that day should be kementerian Sains dan Teknologi disebabkan oleh pameran simulasi gempa bumi dan laporan berkaitan gempa bumi yang berlaku di Sabah baru-baru ni. 

 

Ramai tak ramai manusia sampaikan boleh snap gambar sebab sesak sangat tak bergerak.

Terima Kasih Datuk Mukhriz sebab sudi wefie dengan kiteorang. Actually kiteorang taking wefie to another level. As in Suruh Datuk yang pegang phone instead kiteorang yang pegang. Sapa-sapa yang kenal Ernnie, memang die ni fail bila nak selfie or wefie ni, Kena orang lain yang snapkan. 

This is our General Manager (GM) for MADA.

Yang paling gembira untuk Ernnie pada hari tu : 

1. Ernnie dapat derma darah. Sebelum ni terdetik nak derma darah banyak kali, tapi tak boleh-boleh. Tengah demam lah, period lah, tekanan darah rendah lah and so on. Tapi kali ni bertekad nak jugak derma darah. Bila pergi check dekat nurse dan semua syarat dah dicomply, tup2 kakak tu beritahu tak boleh due to low hemoglobin count. Siap suruh buat lagi sekali test dan Alhamdulillah, machine to ikut hati Ernnie. Haha. Perasaan bila dapat menderma darah dan pegang darah sendiri yang panas-panas tu memang terbaik. Nak derma lagi!! 

 

2. Ernnie berjaya signed up untuk menjadi penderma organ. Alhamdulillah. niat yang memang berada dalam hati. Mungkin bagi kebanyakkan kita masih macam ragu-ragu. Takpa, raikan perasaan tu, takde salah pun. Bila diberitahu oleh Doctor dekat situ yang kita seorang dapat menyelamatkan 10 orang dan lebih, Ernnie memang tak teragak-agak. Satu ja dalam yang Ernnie fikir, kalau diambil semua, macam mana dengan tubuh kita time nak kebumi?. Doktor tu memang bagi full explanation dekat Ernnie dalam semua aspek.  Bila dah faham, still doc bagi kita masa yang agak lama untuk fikir dan buat keputusan betul-betul. Cumanya Ernnie tak call parents waktu sign up tu. Ernnie call selepas Ernnie dah menjadi seorang dari 300,000 organ donor yang mendaftar. Obviously the answer is still no from parents. Tapi disinilah bermulanya usaha Ernnie nak convince parents supaya okay dan menerima seorang anak dia dah menjadi penderma organ :).

 

3. Tengok Caliph Buskers busking live. Ya ampun, suara derang memang mantop. Macam nak dengar lagi lagu Roman Cinta tu banyak kali. Sejujurnya, Ernnie bukan peminat Caliph Buskers. Sebab mungkin time AJL hari tu, Ernnie masih tak berapa nak sokong Caliph Buskers yang nyanyi instead of penyanyi asal die. Dan Ernnie bukan jenis orang yang meletakkan kelemahan seseorang tu sebagai faktor Ernnie kena minat. Tapi bila dengar derang perform live, kalau Ernnie pejam mata pun, Ernnie akan terus minat. Memang sedap! (Macam dulu tak berapa minat Yuna tapi bila dia perform live depan mata, terus jaw dropping)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ernnie in KL (i)

It's been a while since I hit Kuala Lumpur. This time I got and invitation to be in Kuala Lumpur / Putrajaya for the Biosecurity Symposium that was held in Ministry of Agriculture for 3 days straight. It's correlate with my job scope as a Crop Protection Agricultural Officer in MADA. I've gained a lot of information and new stuff as well as meeting people there. I need to thank my boss for giving me this opportunity. Thanks Boss! :)  

And now for my non-work-related in Kuala Lumpur. Actually I'm sort of killing 2 birds with one stone. Most of my friends are in KL. Thus I cannot let the opportunity went just like that. Meet-ups need to be done!

Alhamdulillah. My cousins (Cik Jan and Kak Noni were very helpful in terms of providing me a place to sleep up to lend me their car). May Allah bless them and their family.

Morning :

1. Went to Khalifah Model School to see my vitamins. My vitamins consist of students and staff at KMS. I'm so so attached to them. Bear with me guys. U're gonna see this face for I-don't-know-how-many-times more. :) unfortunately half of students were at UIA for their Ibadah Camp. Thus, to UIA it is ^^.

Afternoon.

2. UIA. Those year 4,5,6 are quite close with me. I got the opportunity to teach all of them Alhamdulillah :)) I'm so happy I can't tell! When they saw me and our eyes met. (Chewah). Whatever problems that u have with you, it's just disappeared like that. Puff! I repeat : They are my vitamins ^^.

Evening.

My lunch plan with my junior ; Iman got cancelled due to me stuck in UIA after Friday Prayer. ( Iman was my coffee buddy back in UQ. I love her with my heart. I knew that she love me too! Teehee~) . So with that, I sent my car to my cousin and straight away went to Nü Central to see Nadzirah.

She needs no introduction. If you'd checked my insta and fb, you know her place in my heart. 💕 . She's putting her mantra to my food every time we met. That's why I'm sooooo overly attached to her. Went to Zenmai Sushi (fyi I'm a sushi lover. Wanting to see me become an elephant? Bring me to any sushi restaurant)

Good news. Iman told me that she will be joining me. Together with Maisarah. (Mai is my junior as well. Studied in Sydney. I get to know her from Iman.) Ya Allah. I'm so grateful to you. Limited time yet You met me with my kesayangan(s). Thus 4 of us at Zenmai Sushi. :) Iman, learn to use chopstick coz maybe Sushi's gonna be ur best buddy. Aite?

6:30 rode the ERL. Arrived at KLIA at 7. Flight delayed from 8 pm to 9 PM. And now here I am inside the flight at 10:14 PM waiting to get out from the plane. Finally arrived :) Alhamdulillah
